Partners

As described in our Privacy Policy, we work with trusted partners to deliver, secure, and improve our services. This page describes the main categories of partners and what they do on our behalf.

Payment partners

We work with payment processors to handle payments through Ordnary Pay, such as card networks, PayPal, and Wero/iDEAL providers. These partners receive the data needed to process a payment and protect it against fraud. See our Subprocessors page for the full list.

Hosting and infrastructure partners

Our services, including Ordnary Web Services, run in part on infrastructure from external hosting providers. These partners process data on our behalf and are contractually bound to obligations no less protective than our own.

AI model partners

AI features in our services are powered by Google's Gemini models, accessed through Google Cloud Vertex AI. Ordnary does not train or operate its own AI models; see our AI Usage Policy for more on how we handle this.

Fraud-prevention partners

We may share limited data with partners specializing in fraud and abuse prevention, to help us detect and prevent unauthorized access and fraudulent transactions.

Your own integrations

Some of our services let you connect your own external tools or integrations, for example within our automation tools. When you do, you share data directly with that third party based on your own choice and under their own terms, not as a partner of Ordnary.
